Our professional life is where we most often want to achieve success. As we strive for success in our careers, we often leave our personal life to take care of itself. 

We may have a sense that all is not quite right, but whilst we focus all our energy on our work, we sit on the fence with our personal life, putting off or putting on hold all those things that would make a real difference to the quality of our lives.

"Work / Life Choices"  coaching helps you look at your wider goals and aspirations and helps you to create your personal vision of a truly amazing life. You'll notice I've used the term work / life choices rather than work / life balance. I think the term work / life balance sets us up to fail.  Firstly because work is part of life. Secondly because it's rarely possible to carve our day into neat chuncks and when we can't we tend to beat ourselves up. When we think of it in terms of work / life choices it becomes more empowering, so whether you want to:  

  • Achieve a long held personal dream, something you’ve always wanted to do
  • Make the big decision you keep putting off
  • Have great personal relationships
  • Raise your levels of health and vitality so you have more energy
  • Get clear on your personal aspirations and life purpose

How does it work?

Step 1 - get focused

What you focus on is what you get. 

What do you want to do? Where do you want to be?  What do you want to have?  If you know, that’s great. If you don’t know....that’s fine too...a blank canvass to create your truly amazing life!


Step 2 - your plan of action

You’ll create that massive action plan and make those decisions and choices that will get you closer to where you want to be,  making sure you're enjoying the journey, not just the end result.


Step 3 - clearing the way

Limiting beliefs, procrastination, negative emotions, lack of confidence can all derail you and prevent you from achieving what you want most.  Coaching empowers you to overcome those barriers to success, helping you keep focused, motivated and committed to making it happen.


Step 4 - change or cheer!

Is what you’re doing getting you closer to your goal? If not...how can you change your approach?
